F.A.Q. / Frequently asked questions
What about our four-legged companions?
πΎ Our furry friends are welcome πΎ
We are delighted to welcome your furry companions, but for their comfort and that of everyone, their presence is allowed only in the parking/camping area. They must be kept on a leash at all times to avoid any incident or accident.
π« It is important not to enter the festival site with your dog, nor to leave it tied up outside or roaming free.
If your dog wants to stretch his legs, we invite you to take him to the neighboring field, where he can run free.
π‘ For your companion's well-being, we advise you to leave him in your motorhome or vehicle, with fresh air, water and food. Although this may seem obvious, we want to insist on this point, following past experiences.
π Thank you for your understanding and for respecting these rules, which ensure the safety and comfort of everyone β humans and animals alike.

Why request a 5β¬ security deposit when purchasing your PASS?
This concerns ecology and the future of the festival.
β» For our next edition of Okami Festival 2026,
we want to raise awareness among festival-goers about waste management during the festival. π
β» Indeed, it is becoming increasingly necessary to adopt new habits today for our beautiful planet. Remember that there are no small gestures. We have noticed year after year that, when collecting waste on the site, during and after the festival, a large number of garbage bags, unfortunately, are absolutely not sorted, and waste is often piled up everywhere except in containers.
β» Forced to have our eco team work three times harder as well as members of the organization after spending a month on site, longer than originally planned, let's all work together and change things. Beyond the effort made, we cannot aspire to certain values and continue to reproduce patterns that we point the finger at in our current society.
β» In view of the fact that, despite the prevention put in place during the festival, and forced to see that things are getting worse, we have already found a solution to offer you to ensure change: in exchange for a 5β¬ security deposit deducted when you purchase your PASS on our HelloAsso ticketing platform, we offer you two 50L bags: one for sorting and a second for household waste.
β» When you leave, arriving at the exit, your security deposit will be refunded after returning your two bags (sorting and household waste). They will be briefly checked by the eco team so as not to delay your departure. If you decide to leave during the night, simply come pick up your security deposit during the opening hours announced at the ticketing and at the relevant post.
β» This protocol is already in place with our counterparts abroad. So, all together, let's make sure to set an example in order to become, we hope, thanks to your help, a festival that reduces the percentage of waste produced during the event to the maximum. πͺ
PS: Of course, we learn from our own mistakes, we are not moralizing anyone, we simply wish to bring some change where we have the power to do so. β€οΈ

π Let's act together for the planet π
Because every gesture counts, we invite you to adopt responsible behavior throughout the festival.
On site, you will find trash cans and sorting containers to help you manage your waste simply and efficiently.
β¨ Taking care of the Earth is also being part of the magic of the festival.
Together, let's adopt the right reflexes, respect the environment and contribute to reducing our ecological impact.
